Having a background as a doula and yoga teacher means I tend to incorporate mindfulness based interventions, as well as physical or somatic components into our work together. I will always work from an evidence based practice, conducting extensive research and engaging in training before implementing skills into our work together. Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation charge of the full session rate.
If you have extended benefits that cover registered clinical counsellors (RCC) I can provide a detailed receipt in order to submit a claim.
