Registered Clinical Counsellor
I have been working as a therapeutic professional since 2011, working for many years as a doula, yoga teacher, and as part of a mental health clinic in the downtown core of Vancouver. I completed my Masters of Counselling at Yorkville University in 2022, with specializations in substance use and addiction, psychedelic integration therapies, and mindfulness based interventions. I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create an environment of trust, respect, collaboration, and creativity.
Without a lot of complicated jargon: I am trauma informed, collaborative, emotion focused, strengths based, and culturally sensitive. I have been told that I'm fearless and unflappable, and aim to create a space where you as the client feel in control and safe as we explore the tender pieces of yourself that are asking to be held.
Free 30-minute phone consultations are offered in order for you to get to ask any questions and get a sense of what therapy might be like for you, before booking a therapy session.
The first step of reaching out can be difficult. Your phone call, text message, email, or online booking are all welcome.
